What are some good ways to relieve back pain from sports?
Every once in a while I get sharp pain in my lower back. I’m guessing it’s from working out for long periods of time and over exerting myself. Outer Thigh muscle pain, still weak or something more?
About a year and a half ago I has muscle pain on my outer right thigh muscle. I thinks is called the "Medial great". Well after an eventual visit to my doctor, we ruled out a bruise, a pulled muscle and bone issues, he concluded without taking and scans that it was at the time a muscle tear and i was put on proper meds which did help. What is the best college for a Physical Therapy degree?
I am interested in earning a bachelors degree in Physical Therapy and eventually earning a Masters as well. Anybody know the best schools to attend for bachelors and masters? It does not matter where you go for you BS. Go where you can get the best finiancial aid package as you will be in school for at least 7 years. Since you have not started school yet, you will need to earn a DPT not an MPT....

Why arent my knees better? Is there something else wrong?
Ok so i am a 14 yr old female and competitive dancer. I dance 5 days a week and intensely. I was diagnosed with patella femoral syndrome in both my knees 5 years ago and at first it was fine…and then it got progressively worse and worse.
