muscle pain?
Dr. Gendron, I have bad muscle pain in my ankle/muscle in front, by shin, it hurts so much when i walk, i started when i was in russia, i walked a lot, and i mean a lot, for few days, now i am putting on ice and taking ibuprofen, how long does it take for this type of muscle pain to heal? anything else i can do?
